Jollyturns offers a comprehensive ski resort information service that allows users to easily track their skiing and riding statistics. Users can also locate and meet up with friends via the ski resort's interactive map. The app provides up-to-date and detailed information on over 2700 ski resorts across multiple countries including the US, Canada, Europe, Japan, Chile, Argentina, New Zealand, Australia, and more.

The ski resort information provided by Jollyturns includes details on lifts, ski runs, lodges, restaurants, weather conditions, and snow information. The app is constantly updated with new ski resorts from around the world. If users don't see their favorite resort on the list, they can contact Jollyturns to request its addition.

The interactive maps feature allows users to tap anywhere on a ski resort's map for more information about that specific location. This feature is available for all ski resorts worldwide.

Jollyturns also offers Apple Watch support, allowing users to view their statistics and see which friends are on the mountain directly from their wrist.

One of the standout features of Jollyturns is its ability to automatically record a user's day on the mountain. There's no need for users to manually start GPS recording by pressing a button - the app takes care of it automatically. Users can view their personal statistics on a per-day or per-season basis, as well as those of their friends.

The app also keeps track of both the user's and their friends' locations on the mountain. Instead of relying on unfamiliar topographic maps, users can see their location as well as their friends' location directly on the ski resort's map.

In addition to tracking and meeting up with friends, Jollyturns allows users to share their statistics on social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter, or via email.

Upon downloading the app, users receive one credit for a ski resort of their choice, which allows them to try out the application. Additional credits for other ski resorts can be purchased within the app.

It's important to note that Jollyturns uses the GPS sensor on users' phones to obtain location information. However, it's worth mentioning that continuous use of GPS in the background can significantly impact battery life.
